Praise the Son..and A GIVEAWAY!!!!!!!!!

When my friend Kim stopped by the other day to deliver several containers full of supplies for Basket of Hope baskets, she brought me the cutest gift!

A praise flower!!!!!!!!!!!!!060511016 I wish you could tell by looking at this picture that it is "dancing."  The leaves go up and down and the flower moves from side to side.......all day long....it is solar-powered!!!!!!!!!!!!  060511019 I smile every time I get in the car!  KLOVE even seems better (even though it was already great!) now that I have this little gift that is powered by the sun!

It reminds me that we should also be continually filled with praise and dancing as we are powered by THE SON!!!

Kim told me she bought it at the Christian bookstore in Huntington, WV, and I want to pick some up to give as gifts.

I even want to buy one to share with one of you!

If you post a comment here just to say "hi" and maybe share something you are thankful for I will enter you in the drawing for a praise flower!

I'll announce the winner on Sunday at 4 p.m.

Thankful for each of you,

Hi Tammy, I am thankful for the power of the Holy Spirit & for prayer today because fellowship through a computer seems limited but God is amazing anyway & has blessed me through reading about your wonderful family. Today I pray that He touches you in that way that you know you are blessed far beyond anything we can ask or think.Love from your sister in Jesus, Cynthia

Hi Tammy, I am thankful that we are finally seeing warm temps and blue skies here in N. Idaho. My flowers are starting to look nice and we are finally planting our garden.

I love seeing your family pictures on the blog. I alway loved your kids and it is so amazing to see them all grown up. I use to take Todd around with me all the time. Now he is a high school grad. Crazy.

Anyways, love ya.

Hi Tammy
I don't need to be in the running to win a gift. I will pray that I can find those lovely little flowers here, really soon!
I am thankful that I have blog friends but today, just right now, I am thankful that I have the ability and the ready money to pop out to the shop and get the few odd things that I needed from the grocery store. There are people and places where that is not possible.

Oh my goodness...I love this flower!! We just had the most awesome night last night with the Joshua Walk Service. We worshipped at the high school with folks from area churches. Wow...got a glimpse of Heaven. :)

Hi tammy:
I "think" I wrote to you once before telling you about our daughter and son adopted from India and that we also lost a child with SIDS. I check into your blog every day and always leave inspired and with something knew to take with me throughout the day. My husband just started pastoring a small Baptist church about a year ago. I started a chilren's church which they had never had and just last night started a women's ministry. Your devotions have inspired me to do what GOd is telling me to do with these ladies and to let HIS love shine through me.What would we do without the son shining through us.

Hi Tammy - Today we buried a wonderful Christian mother, who happened to be married to wonderful Christian nephew. Throughout Jennifer's illness, she held fast to the promise of life everlasting.
And I really don't need the flower but it just reminded me of Jennifer's love for gardening. Something that she had to give up with her illness.
Thank you for sharing His love with us all.

Hi Tammy,

I don't need to be in the drawing but haven't written in awhile!

I am thankful that our daughter in college has moved back home for the summer! Please pray for us. She has gotten away from our Heavenly Father and I am really praying God will soften her heart for him this summer and she will realize how much she needs him in her life.

much love tammy,

natalie
