When Words Won't Come..............

I've tried and tried to find words to share this morning,

but they just aren't there.

I'm thankful today for so many things.

I just don't have any big thoughts that seem worth your time or energy.

So, here I sit.

I'm thankful that God never left us hanging with no words.

He is the Word.

Today, I'm feeling Him say,

"I am enough. No words necessary."

With that, I leave you all with Him.

He is sufficient.

He is enough.

As you walk into this week, choose to walk with Him, the Living Word.

John 1:1-4

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

He was with God in the beginning.

Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.

My Complete Profile
In December of 2007 as our youngest son, Nick, was fighting brain cancer, I began to blog. Writing provided a way for me to release all of my questions, fears, and doubts. It also allowed me to share the ups and downs of Nick's journey with people who were praying for him all over the world. When Nick went Home in November of 2008, I found myself unable to stop writing. My heart was broken and grief brought to the surface every emotion imaginable. Being able to release those emotions through my writing brought a sense of purpose to my pain. Having already walked the road of grief in 1992 when we lost our daughter to SIDS, I knew I needed a way to keep from falling into a pit of depression and despair. I had walked close to the edge of a bottomless pit when we lost our daughter,and I knew I couldn't let myself get that close to the edge again. This blog has been and continues to be my therapy while also being my tiny corner of the world in which I can share My Heart as I journey through God's Word.......thus the name........ My Heart His Words. Thank you for taking the time to share part of your life with me.
